Tell me about it. xD I learned how to write Dutch last year. [I tought myself. hehe]
As for anime... oh there are so many ;3; <3 Some of my favorites; Saiyuki Serial Experiments Lain D-Grey man Durarara Puella Magi Modoka Magia Trinity Blood Sailor Moon
and so on... I have way to many. hehe ^^ yours?
Well.. I had to learn German, since it's a required language you have got to learn. That's what I had to at least. I'm in gymnasium. Highest rank in Dutch education. You can see it as grammar school. And so I had to learn German in my second and third year of high school. I'm in fifth form now.. so a lot of German knowledge has faded away~ haha
hmm.. It's quite rare to see someone learning Dutch out of will. What was your motive for learning Dutch (and live in the Netherlands?)?
I've got a lot of faves as well. There are so many good ones... and it sometimes just depends on my mood. Sometimes i'm totally into fluffy, sparkling, fighting-evil, girlish animes like.. Cardcaptor Sakura and other times I want to watch action and evilish ones like Death Note.
But if you insist, here are some =] Cardcaptor Sakura Sekaiichi Hatsukoi Death Note Special A Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha Angel Beats Baka To Test To Shoukanjuu Code Geass Tsubasa Chronicle My Neighbor Totoro Kuroshitsuji~~

bahaha leave it to me to forget Kuroshitsuji <3 And yeah same it all depends on my mood as well. I cant watch pokemon or Super pig when im gloomy. [then i tend to watch things like Hellsing or witch hunter robin]
And as for the Dutch; My parents are both Dutch but i was raised in English and grew up in germany so I had to teach myself how to write Dutch. [though i speek it at home with my mom sometimes.]
Haha indeed. How the hell can you forget Ciel~ and Sebastian!
Yare yare~ that's not an answer you'll get often. It's quite unique though. Your parents are Dutch, but speak English and you live in Germany. That involves three languages then... I think you'll be okay :] I read some of the posts above ^ and your Dutch isn't that bad. There are lot of people who are worse than you (WAY worse...)

LOLz, when my teacher speaks Dutch, you hear her (really strong) accent. but when she speaks English, it sounds like just one of the many different accents in Britain. so it sounds like she's British.
*cat* mrow? <butts head to Ciel's leg>
