If you are in Hong Kong, we will use HK post, you can also come to our store in shenzhen to pickup the costume. If you live outside Hong Kong, we use express shipping method for costumes, such as DHL and UPS. We ship from Hong Kong, delivery normally takes 7 working days on average. There can also be potential delays due to flight cancellation and customs clearance which are out of our control. For accessories and wigs, we use standard airmail, delivery can take around 20 working days. If your order is above $50, you can choose priority airmail at no additional cost. Prioirty airmail normally takes 7-10 working days and come with online tracking number. We will responsible for item lost or damaged in the post.
